(1) Delegate registration fees includes:
a. Access to the plenary and parallel sessions, poster sessions and exhibition area.
b. Coffe breaks.
c. Welcome reception on Sunday 22 September.
d. Excursion on Wednesday 25 September (lunch included).
e. Access to the conference program and electronic book of abstracts.

(2) National Societies in FISOCAT’s members benefit of a reduced fee. Upload of proof of membership (official certificate) at the day of registration will be required during the registration process. Catalysis Societies in FISOCAT countries (https://www.fiq.unl.edu.ar/fisocat/consejo.htm) are elected for this reduction.

(3) Accompanying person registration fees include:
a. Welcome reception on Sunday 22 Septemberb. Excursion on Wednesday 25 September (lunch included).

(4) Gala Dinner and Young Scientists Party are alternatives for the evening of Thursday 26 September.

LUNCHES

Lunches for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday can be optionally ordered during the registration process for delegates to be served as seated lunch in the congress venue Congress Palace, at a price of 44.00 € per day.

In the surroundings of the Congress Palace there are many small restaurants in which “menu del día” is served at prices between 15-25 €. A list of close restaurants will be supplied to delegates with documentation.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

To request a refund, please email the Conference Technical Secretariat info@cicat2024.es  stating the registrant’s name and the payment. The amount according to the following conditions and reimbursement:

  • Through August 1st, 2024 (23:59 CET) – All registrants will receive a refund with a charge of 100 € administrative fee.
  • From August 2nd, 2024 to August 31st, 2024 (23:59 CET) – All registrants will receive a refund with a charge of 150€ administrative fee.
  • After September 1st, 2024 – No refunds will be granted.
